Dartmouth's final recruited player for next year's freshman class is defensive back Muhammed Abdul-Shakoor, from Clarkston HS in Clarkston Ga.. Abdul-Shakoor is listed at 5-foot-8 1/2 and is said to weigh a little more than the 156 a recruiting service has down for him. In addition to football, he runs track in high school. Cornell has taken over the lead among Ivy League schools in the latest Sports Academy Director's Cup standings. The Big Red is in 51st place in the rankings, which are designed to determine the nation's best all-around athletic program. Not surprisingly, Stanford holds the lead.
