Bay Area Sending Another This Way

The San Jose Mercury-News reports that 6-foot-5 tight end Tim Vanderet of Homestead High School in Cupertino, Calif., is headed for Dartmouth. Vanderet, listed at anywhere from 195 pounds to 235 depending on which source you believe (195 shows up more often) was All-SCVAL De Anza Division despite playing for a 2-8 team according to the Mercury-News.

Vanderet also plays basketball for the Mustangs and is a pitcher in baseball.
