Cramer Returns; Milan Williams Honored

Casey Cramer made his much-delayed 2007 debut with the Tennessee Titans in their loss to Tampa Bay Sunday. I didn't get to see much of it, but I did see Casey throw the lead block on Lendale White's game-tying touchdown in the closing minutes. Lined up at fullback (or H-back), Casey hit the hole hard and knocked his man into the air and back a couple of yards. It was a typical Casey Cramer block, good to see after he missed the first part of the season with an assortment of leg problems.

Ivy League honors for the week have been posted. No surprise that Yale's Mike McLeod is the offensive player of the week. Dartmouth's contribution to the honor roll is junior tailback Milan Williams. From the Ivy web site:
Dartmouth junior tailback Milan Williams (Mobile, Ala.) had another strong all-around day in a 41-15 loss at Holy Cross. He had 56 yards rushing on 17 carries, including a long of 21, and caught a pair of passes out of the backfield. As a kickoff returner, he grabbed three and picked up 53 yards, including a long of 32.
