Eight: Ivy League Football And America, the documentary by filmmaker Erik Anjou and writer Mark Bernstein, will be broadcast for the first time Nov. 1 on NESN, the New England Sports Network. I spoke with Erik late this morning and he reports that NESN has agreed to air the film at six different time slots beginning on Nov. 1. He and Mark will be busy between now and then editing the project to fit the window allotted by NESN.No word yet about DVD sales, but having Eight broadcast is an important next step before that can happen.

For those outside of New England who have the right level of satellite service, NESN is on DirecTV channel 628 (SD/HD) and Dish Network 434 (SD), 5434 (HD). It is also available through numerous cable providers.
