He wasn't kidding. Between breakfast and lunch with the crew from Johnny "Signman" Rodio and the "Tailgator" – they actually had a menu, no kidding! – and DJ Ralphy encouraging passers-by to join in the festivities, it was a first-team All-America tailgate.
