Kim's well-received remarks – as well as his optimistic prediction for the fall – brought a lengthy and rousing cheer from a large group of guys who bleed green.

Speaking of balls, an autographed Don Shula football was but one of many auction items that were sold in the tent after dinner. The auctioneer was former quarterback and current Director of Football Operations Brian Mann '02, who kept everyone laughing and the bids coming in.
