Schwieger Honored

Junior tailback Nick Schwieger has been chosen the Ivy League co-offensive player of the week after running for 216 yards and catching five passes for 57 yards against Bucknell. It was just the eighth time a Dartmouth runner has surpassed 200 yards in a game and the second time for Schwieger, who ran for 242 yards last week year against Columbia. Schwieger shares the honor with Yale quarterback Patrick Witt, who passed for 407 yards and scored the winning touchdown on the final play of a win over Georgetown.
