Highlights? We Have Highlights

Dartmouth football highlights.

Wondering a little about the guy who beat out Dartmouth's Nick Schwieger as Ivy League (offensive) player of the week? Check out this highlight video of Cornell sophomore quarterback Jeff Mathews.

For what it's worth, some people have cited Schwieger finishing second in the nation in rushing yards per game as one of the reasons why he deserved the award, and it made sense to me. But as a wise man pointed out when the voting took place, Schwieger was fifth or sixth in the nation.

No one in the Ivy League does as good a job with weekly highlight videos as the folks at Princeton, who employ a John Facenda-sounding fellow as narrator. Unfortunately, for the second year in a row if there's a highlight video for the Princeton-Dartmouth game, I can't find it. For a sample of the Princeton weekly highlights, click here.

And if you want to hear a classic Facenda bit, click here.
