Looking At The Lions

Week Six opponent Columbia gave Penn everything it could handle until the end. A few Columbia highlights from that game:

Harvard is ranked ninth in the nation in the latest Gridiron Power Index, which "has been used officially by the NCAA since 2008 for selecting specific Division I Football National Championship tournament participants."

Here's how the GPI rates the Ivies and Dartmouth opponents:
9. Harvard
48. Princeton
58. Cornell
61. Brown
77. Dartmouth
78. Penn
102. Columbia
108. Yale
90. Butler
92. Sacred Heart
93. Holy Cross

A regular reader shared an email with ticket prices for the Harvard-Yale game in case you are free that afternoon:

Field Club Seats - $150
Premium - $60
Regular - $50
End zone - $35
Colonnade - $35
Harvard undergrad - free
And a parking pass for Gate 14 is $40 per car.
While on the Harvard website I stumbled across this:
"For only $50, send a personalized message to someone special during a Harvard football, hockey, or lacrosse game this season!

Videoboard message orders must be placed 3 days prior to the game requested. Fans are encouraged to place their order well in advance, as there is limited availability for each game.
