Harvard 69, Columbia 0
The Crimson scored 35 points – in the second quarter – and a popcorn vendor named ran for 121 yards on eight carries to lead Harvard's ground game. OK, that's not true. But what is true is that Damani Wilson had three carries for eight yards before exploding all over Columbia Saturday. What's also true is Harvard quarterback Colton Chapple took Wilson's place selling popcorn in the second half. OK, that's a fib. But he could have because he didn't play after the break.
Penn 28, Princeton 21
The living-on-the-edge Quakers did it again, scoring 14 points in the fourth quarter to remain tied with Harvard for the Ivy League lead. Penn is 4-1 in the Ivy League with wins by 3, 4, 7 and 7 points. The winning touchdown came on a three-yard run by Billy Ragone – surprised? – with 2:59 left.
Brown 20, Yale 0
Dartmouth's next opponent got 24-for-32 passing for 232 yards from Patrick Donnelly and allowed Yale's quarterbacks to pass for just 22 yards in a commanding win.
Lehigh 36, Holy Cross 35
The Crusaders have just one win this year but they came within a missed 43-yard field goal with 13 seconds remaining of one of the biggest upsets in the country this year. Holy Cross piled up 527 yards of offense against the undefeated and No. 8 Mountain Hawks, who won their 18th game in a row.
Bryant 34, Sacred Heart 14
The Pioneers managed just 22 yards rushing and tossed three interceptions, a bad combination. They trailed 24-0 at the half.
Butler 19, Jacksonville 16
Matt Lancaster's one-yard run with two seconds left finished off a 95-yard drive that rescued the win. Supposedly Butler can clinch an appearance in the NCAA playoffs with a win over Drake next week but I'm too tired to check if that's true ;-)

Check BGA Premium later today for a follow story out of the big win over Cornell. After that I'll be pulling together a program story due tomorrow morning and then, hopefully, a chance to sleep. A long season is winding down and maybe it was the long drive last night, or maybe it's filing copy seven days a week since mid-August and trying to find time to do the freelance work that I need to do, but I'm starting to wear down myself . . .
