Keep An Eye Out For . . .

It is January and that means "official visits" by prospective recruits. Among those listed by Scout.com as visiting Dartmouth next week is Zach Davis, a 6-foot-5, 290-pound offensive tackle from Lake Havasu HS in Arizona.

ESPN notes that Garrett Strohmaier, a 6-2, 280 offensive guard from Jesuit HS in Carmichael, Calif., will be heading to Hanover the same week, and to Brown two weeks later.

Also expected to be in town will be 6-2, 215 linebacker Brian Fordon, MVP at Providence Catholic, which went 8-3 in the highly competitive Chicago Catholic League Blue. Fordon led PC with 104 tackles including 12 for a loss and five sacks. He racked up 22 tackles in one game.
