The Georgetown football message board spills the beans on where the free Patriot League streaming network falls down. Georgetown, the only league school not offering football scholarships, isn't streaming any home games. Lafayette is, but not over the Patriot League network. Read a pretty harsh critique of Georgetown's institutional approach to football here.

The Daily Pennsylvanian writes that Penn coach Al Bagnoli addressed the departure of fifth-year senior running back Lyle Marsh at the Quaker media day this way:“Lyle was a premier player. Brandon Colavita comes back for his fifth year, he was another all-league running back. Spencer Kulcsar we used quite a bit last year toward the end when we had some injuries, he’s a very explosive, dynamic running back. We have a sophomore, Mike Elespuru, who has the chance to be a really good player. I think we’ll be okay, but obviously when you miss a premium kid, it’s gotta take some toll on you.”The DP also has a story headlined, Nine months in the life of Billy Ragone. Regarding the chance to quarterback Penn to a fourth Ivy League title, fifth-year senior told the media:
"It’s something that hasn’t been done a lot in this league. Having that being something that’s attainable is a motivator. You always want to leave your legacy behind everywhere you go, and this is an opportunity to kind of leave your legacy behind in this league. Something that special that could really kind of put the cherry on top of a nice career here.”
