Victor Williams, Dartmouth (So., WR - Muskogee, Okla.)

Penn linebacker David Park is one of the national FCS players of the week after running a fumble back 84 yards for a touchdown and blocking with potential gamewinning field goal Satuday. He finished with a career-high seven tackles. LINK

Park was, unsurprisingly, the co-defensive player of the week in the Ivy.
