Academic Honors

Each sports season – fall, winter and spring – the Ivy League recognizes 10 Academic All-Ivy selections for each school. Five men and five women are nominated by their schools.

Chosen for the honor by Dartmouth were two football players. Here are blurbs that accompanied their Academic All-Ivy recognition:
Cole Marcoux, Sr., Football, Sociology (New York)All-Ivy Honorable Mention; caught 15 passes for 206 yards and a touchdown from his tight end position. 
Michael Runger, Sr., Football, Economics (Lisle, Ill.)CoSIDA Academic All-America second team; FCS All-New England team; All-Ivy first team; led team in tackles for second-straight season, with 85, ranking third in the Ivy League; twice earned Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week; recorded his first career interception in Big Green’s four-OT loss at Penn.
