Catching Up With Nick Lowery

A Certain Columnist in The Dartmouth wrote a column for today's edition about increasing attendance at Big Green games and contests. She didn't ask me but I could have saved her a lot of typing if the question was how to draw more fans. I can answer that question in three letters.

Former Dartmouth assistant Dave Murray's move from successful, longtime football coach at Alfred University to Hamilton College is official. Find a story in the Rome Sentinel.

Until 2012 the Hamilton football coach was former Dartmouth quarterback Steve Stetson, who did two stints at the fine Upstate New York school and is now the men's golf coach for the Continentals. (LINK)

The Dartmouth football team will be "just watching"  because, as you may have heard, the NCAA Ivy League prohibits football from competing in the postseason.
