Excitement Is Building


It almost feels as if Dartmouth and Harvard are two well-matched heavyweights tossing pretenders aside as they circle inexorably toward each other.

Four games into the season, four wins into the season, Harvard has allowed 40 points. Four games into the season, four wins into the season, Dartmouth has allowed 40 points.

Harvard has scored 179 points this fall. Dartmouth has scored 156.

Neither has really been challenged. Harvard's closest game was a 26-point win. Dartmouth's closest game was 21 points.

The wise guys have installed Dartmouth as a 31-point pick at Central Connecticut this week.

The wise guys have installed Harvard as a 32-point pick at Lafayette this week.
