Coming And Going

This is a fun one. In the video below, Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, the hero of this year's national championship game, is No. 13 and a senior at Hawaii powerhouse St. Louis School.

Tagovailoa's target? That would be 6-foot-4, 200-pound wide receiver Chris Sykes, wearing No. 81.

Sykes won't be catching passes in Hawaii or Tuscaloosa in the fall. Nope.

He'll be catching them in . . . Hanover as a member of Dartmouth's early decision class.

The video is from his junior year.

Chris Sykes, by the way, isn't the only talented wide receiver in the family. Tom Loy of 247 sports Tweeted this about his younger brother Matt: "2020 WR Matt Sykes was borderline unstoppable on the day at the @ArmyAllAmerican Underclassmen Combine. Big-time performance for the Hawaii native. Will have a ton of offers down the road."
The mystery of onetime Dartmouth quarterback recruit Kendell "Doc" Bonner was resolved yesterday with his Tweet that included this graphic:

Turns out he's chosen to attend Air Force Academy rather than Dartmouth.
