The Cornell Daily Sun has a capsule "Gameday Guide" for the game that includes this:Head coach David Archer ’05 on the Dartmouth defense: “These guys are different than some of the other [nationally-ranked defenses] because they blitz a lot less. They’re more formational, you can kind of know what you can expect a little bit more. That doesn’t make their players any less good, they’re certainly very good, but it’s a different style … destroying blocks, being very sure tacklers, keeping everything in front.”

And finally, Dartmouth coach Buddy Teevens is on the same page with BGA about this road trip. From last night's BGA Premium notes:While it’s never a surprise to hear complaints from Dartmouth people about the 295-mile, five-and-a-half hour “you can’t get there from here” drive to Cornell, Teevens will take the trip to the hinterlands of Upstate New York over the Penn drive seven days a week.
“It is one of the most scenic trips I’ve taken,” he said, tongue firmly in cheek before becoming serious. “I hate traffic. So, as long as we are moving I am happy. We may be moving slowly but at least we’re moving. The start, stop, start, stop stuff drives me nuts.”
The Big Green planned to leave at 9 Friday morning with a stop at the University of Albany midway through the trip for a “walk through.”
