With Green Bay hosting the NFL Draft starting tomorrow night, the local CBS station has a terrific interview with former Dartmouth quarterback Nick Howard '23, hoping to get a shot after a record-setting career with the Big Green and a grad transfer season at Butler. Watch the video HERE.

After spending last season at McNeese State where he was the "highest PFF grade edge in the Southland Conference over 150 snaps," former Dartmouth linebacker Marques White '23 has earned an offer from UMass per his Xwitter.  Check out his Verified Athletics page to see the kind of information being made available for schools looking to add him to their roster.

BGA had a story last week about old friend Joey McIntyre running the Boston Marathon as a fundraiser for Boston Children's Hospital, which continues to provide extraordinary care for his young daughter. McIntyre, who made a lot of friends among players, parents, alumni and yes, even the media during his seven years as Buddy Teevens' Director of Recruiting, Operations & External Relations, finished his run in 3 hours, 53 minutes and 7 seconds. As of this morning he's raised $10,260.59 in support of Boston Children's Hospital. To help him get a little closer to his goal of $15,000, CLICK HERE.

Do check out the BT sticker affixed just below McIntyre's registration number.

EXTRA POINT

Mrs. BGA and I watch Jeopardy every night and each time a Shakespeare category comes up, I grimace. That's because, while I was an English major as an undergraduate and figure I've probably read just shy of half of the 38 plays he wrote, when the category is Shakespeare it's Greek to me. (That's a joke. The Bard introduced "Greek to me" in his play Julius Caesar. That much I remember. ;-)

Why bring that up? Shakespeare is believed to have been born on this day, April 23, 1564. (And yes, I had to look that up.)
