Doggin' It

New Dartmouth opponent Butler of the Pioneer Football League has released its 2012 schedule. While the Bulldogs will be the Big Green's first game, Butler will be playing its third contest of the fall when it journeys to Hanover. The Butler schedule:

Speaking of nonconference opponents, Sacred Heart coach Paul Gorham, who led the Pioneers to a surprise win over Dartmouth last fall, is taking a medical leave of absence according to this release. Dartmouth and Sacred Heart, who have played games that went down to the final play the last two years, are slated to square off Oct. 13 in Hanover in the final game of the series.

Harvard men's basketball will be going to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1946 thanks to Princeton's 62-52 win over Penn last night. LINK
