I stumbled across that story after a Google search turned up this excerpt:
The sad part about reaching for a guy like Wentz is they could have gotten a better one in the latter rounds, his name is Dalyn Williams. While he doesn't have the stature of Wentz I'll argue that he's just as good if not better. I checked him out in ...I thought it was in Ford's column but couldn't find it because, well, because Ford didn't write it. You have to click down through the comments to find the full mention, which goes like this:

I checked him out in the past month and he has the arm strength, he's way more accurate, has better field/ pocket presence and he has more game experience but you won't here (sic) about Williams much because the hype machine is strongly behind Wentz and Goffe. (sic) We passed on a guy in a previous draft similar to Williams and ended up with a guy similar to Wentz, does Russell Wilson ring a bell I sure know Nick Foles does so here we go again. Anyway check Williams out hes (sic) more than hype.If you believe the pundits Dalyn doesn't have much of a chance of being picked in the draft, but clearly he has a big fan in Philly. ;-)
