The Snoqualmie Valley Record has a photo and story about Dartmouth receiving recruit Jonny Barrett and a Mount Si teammate who are are finalists for the Seattle National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete of the year award.
ESPNW has a story under the headline: How the NFL is working to expand the number of female coaches and Dartmouth recruiting director/offensive quality control assistant Callie Brownson gets a mention. The photo accompanying the story is of Lori Locust, who spent some time at Dartmouth during the preseason last fall and will be working for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this fall as an assistant defensive line coach. Former Dartmouth rowing coach Linda Muri offers a few expert insights into the college recruiting scandal in a Los Angeles Times story under the headline In college scandal, rowing was the ideal sport for stowaways, prosecutors say. Muri, who was at Dartmouth from 2014-17, also coached at Cornell and Harvard. She has a company that offers advice about the recruiting process for high school rowers.
