Good news from north of the border regarding former Dartmouth linebacker Flo Orimolade '17, who has had an injury-plagued career with the CFL's Calgary Stampeders. From the Calgary Herald (LINK):
For the first time since the third week of the season, Folarin Orimolade joined his teammates and participated in Tuesday’s practice session.
Orimolade was added to the six-game injured list because of an ankle injury after the Stamps’ victory over the Montreal Alouettes in August.
He was one of the team’s starting defensive ends heading into the season, so his return could be a big boost for a Stamps d-line that has already showed considerable improvement in recent weeks.
“He’s doing pretty good,” Dickenson said. “I wouldn’t be surprised to see him practisting in full (Wednesday).

EXTRA POINT
A bridge we cross on the main street through the nearest town is closed for several days requiring a detour to a different river crossing on a one-lane bridge.
Coming back this morning from dropping Mrs. BGA off at the shuttle bus to Hanover there was one car ahead of me blinking headlights to give the car on the other side the go-ahead to cross. After the car ahead of me went across it was my turn to let a car on the other side come across and I wondered briefly if anyone would jump the line and tailgate that car across the bridge. But no, the next car in the queue waited patiently while I crossed.
It's such a simple thing but there was something about the courtesy people were showing to strangers that was quietly reassuring in these turbulent times.
