The Dartmouth sports information office has a spring practice preview HERE and it features probably my favorite photo of Memorial Field since it was rebuilt:

* Height is listed as by the NFL with the first digit being feet, the next two being inches and the last digit being eighths of an inch.

Also working out was former New Hampshire safety Evan Horn, who benched 21 times, had a 31-inch vertical, a 9-5 broad jump, ran a 4.83 in the 40, a 4.44 shuttle and a 7.17 three-cone.

Here are several photos from Pro Day starting with Mermigas showing his "ups."

Mermigas soars 38.5 inches into the air.

Walter benches under the watchful eye of Spencer Brown.

Swann is timed in the 40.

Alexander finishes his broad jump.

Parker makes sure to touch the line.

The Northeast Conference has made it official, announcing that another school will be swelling the ranks of FCS football programs in New England. Stonehill College of Easton, Mass., will be the latest school to join the NEC. The Skyhawks will transition from Division II. Find a release HERE.

EXTRA POINT
With a few hours between Dartmouth's Pro Day and the start of spring practice, I headed down to West Lebanon to check on something at Home Depot and grab a couple of slices. By the time I made it back to Hanover I had seen no fewer than a half dozen people riding electric bicycles. I had no idea those things were becoming that popular.
