Following up on Tuesday's posting about Dartmouth's Ivy League championships this year in football and women's golf, I've been informed that:
• This was the first time since 2017-18 the Big Green has had multiple Ivy League championships.
And . . .
• This is the first time since '17-'18 that Dartmouth has had three coaches of the year. Earning that distinction this time around were football's Sammy McCorkle, Alex Kirk of the women's golf team and Reid Cashman of the men's hockey team. McCorkle and Kirk were honored by the Ivy League and Cashman by the ECAC.

With commencement in the books and Dartmouth reunions on tap, Big Green football is ready to welcome back former players. This was in my in-box yesterday:
The Dartmouth Football program is pleased to host an informal open house during reunion gatherings on campus. We encourage all former players and family members to stop by the office at your convenience on Friday, June 14 from 3-5pm to meet with staff, see the facilities and watch some game film from your era!

EXTRA POINT
Sorta good news. The '84 VW poptop camper is running like a charm again. Why only sorta good news? The VW bus whisperer who got it going again was completely up front in telling us he isn't entirely sure what was wrong, and how he fixed it. But it's running. Yikes.
