Check out BGA Overtime for What They Did & What They Said After Penn, and tonight look for six (or so) thoughts coming out of that game.

The Dartmouth has a story about Saturday's game headlined, Football plagued by turnovers in loss to the University of Pennsylvania. Find the story HERE.

With Dartmouth and Yale falling Saturday, Harvard is the last remaining undefeated team in the Ivy League. Craig Haley has a piece on OptaAnalyst under the headline Eight Unbeaten FCS Football Teams Remain that includes this (LINK):
The Ivy League preseason favorite has played the least of the unbeaten FCS football teams, but it’s the only one in the subdivision yet to trail in a game, outscoring three opponents 159-38. NFL quarterback prospect Jaden Craig hasn’t been needed much in the second half while passing for nine touchdowns against zero interceptions.

It's early, but here are the Ivy League standings with all eight teams having a conference game in the books:
From another Analyst story headlined Western Carolina's Taron Dickens Completes 46 Straight Passes for NCAA, FCS Records (LINK):
The 5-foot-11, 180-pound redshirt sophomore finished 53-for-56 for 378 yards and three touchdowns, with a long of 27 yards. His 94.6 completion percentage also was an FCS record for a QB with 30+ completions.
And . . .
The previous FCS record for consecutive completions in a game also was the high mark for all NCAA divisions: Princeton’s Quinn Epperly completed his first 29 attempts against Cornell on Nov. 2, 2013
Here's the fun part. Catching three of Dickens' passes for 19 yards was former Dartmouth wide receiver Painter Richards-Baker. A grad transfer, Richards-Baker has 16 catches for 223 yards and two touchdowns this fall with a long of 61. He had 14 catches for 260 yards and two touchdowns at Dartmouth last fall.

EXTRA POINT
I was nearing the peak on my hike yesterday afternoon when someone on the way down warned me about something. "Watch out," she said, "there's a swarm of ladybugs at the top."
Interesting. We've have had an absolute invasion of the little things here at the BGA World Headquarters over the past several days, as have others in our little town.
As it turned out, the hiker was not kidding. When I got to the top of the mountain I had to swing my arm back and forth in front of my face to clear the bugs away as they zipped back and forth. Needless to say, I didn't stay on the peak for very long.
As for the arrival of lady bugs in our house, a Google search suggests the creatures are "drawn by light-colored homes," and those that "face south to catch the sun's warmth." Guilty on both counts.
