HANOVER -- Who has the greater advantage in Ivy League season-openers? The non-Ivy team that has already played one or two games or the Ivy team that has the element of surprise on its side?
The prevailing opinion is that it is advantage: non-Ivy team, although on those occasions when an Ivy has a tricky new offense or a dramatically different defensive scheme the balance can tip the other way.
Needless to say, the question is asked every year at this time.
Find out how Dartmouth coach Buddy Teevens feels about the question in the Green Alert premium Colgate game preview.
