Tonight's practice report will be delayed while I take in the first Friday Night Lights football game in Hanover history. Not at Dartmouth, but across the street at Hanover High School. The Maraudes be playing under their new lights, on their new turf field, this evening. It will be interesting to see the turnout.
A few Dartmouth players even show up to catch the action and remember what Friday Night football is all about. Speaking of which, there's been a little more talk -- albeit preliminary -- about trying to get lights for Dartmouth's Memorial Field. That would be great for late-season practices and maybe -- if they could get the OK from the town -- for a night game or two.
