NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Two months to the day after the media poll came out declaring Yale the prohibitive favorite to win the 2007 Ivy League championship, the Bulldogs showed why at Dartmouth’s expense.
The defending Ivy co-champions recorded two touchdowns, a field goal and a safety in the first quarter alone on the way to a convincing 50-10 win over the Big Green before 24,237 sun-baked fans in a steamy Yale Bowl.
