Wrapping Up Saturday

Before making our way around the schedule, check out the official Dartmouth sports publicity take on yesterday's 30-24 loss and the official Penn sports publicity take on the game.

Elsewhere it was ...
Columbia 38, Princeton 0
The Skinny: Columbia quarterback Milli Olawale passes for 201 yards and two touchdowns and runs for 63 yards and another as the Lions pitch a rare shutout over a Princeton team missing super runner Jordan Culbreath.

Lafayette 31, Yale 14
The Skinny: Brook Hart replaces ineffective Patrick Witt and completes 13-of-17 passes for 154 yards and one touchdown. Witt is 7-for-13 for 60 yards with an interception and a touchdown. The Portal 31 New Haven Register blog suggests Dartmouth's next opponent has questions under center:
On Tuesday (coach Tom) Williams said he had no plans to play Hart unless something happened to Witt. By Thursday, Williams and offensive coordinator Brian Stark met with Hart for 5-10 minutes after practice to chat. Now there is a bonafide quarterback controversy at Yale.
Holy Cross 42, Northeastern 21
The Skinny: Ho hum. Dominic Randolph throws five touchdown passes and the Crusaders go up 35-0 in the first half.

Colgate 45, Cornell 23
The Skinny: Ho hum II. Nate Eachus returns to run 129 yards and three touchdowns as the Raiders rack up 344 yards on the ground. John McCord adds 98 rushing yards and quarterback Greg Sullivan another 84.

Harvard 28, Lehigh 14
The Skinny: Cheng Ho runs for 132 yards.

Brown 28, Rhode Island 20
The Skinny: Kyle Newhall throws three touchdown passes for Brown in a state rivalry game that is still competitive.

UNH 57, Towson 7
The Skinny: Sounds like a mathematical impossibility. The Wildcats score all those points while gaining just 285 yards. Backup quarteback Kevin Decker goes the whole way as UNH jumps out to a 30-0 lead in the first quarter and cruises.
