The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) and the Ivy League announced today that the organizations will co-host the 2010 presentation of the Asa S. Bushnell Cup, which honors the Ivy League Football Player of Year, as part of the festivities surrounding the 53rd NFF Annual Awards Dinner in New York City.

The Asa S. Bushnell Cup will be presented Dec. 6, the day before the NFF Annual Awards Dinner, at a special reception and press conference in the Hilton Room of the famed Waldorf=Astoria Hotel at 11:30 a.m. Robin Harris, Ivy League Executive Director, will be joined by the 2010 recipient and his head coach at the press conference where the winner’s name will be unveiled.
Green Alert Take: No idea what this will mean for the announcement of the All-Ivy League teams, which has usually taken place immediately after the end of the season and is capped by announcement of the Bushnell winner.
