The notes say with a win Bucknell would:
... claim its homer opener for the third year in a row and the fourth time in the last five years.Another interesting tidbit from the notes:
Among FCS teams that have played two games, Bucknell and its opponents rank second in terms of fewest points scored. The Bison and their opponents have combined to tally 47 total points. Only North Dakota State, which has combined with its op- ponents to score 34 points, has seen lower scoring than Bucknell.

Audio from the Ivy League's weekly teleconference is now available here. If I could make one suggestion it would be that instead of one huge sound file, the Ivy office post the sound with a separate file for each coach. Not many people are going to want to listen to the whole hour and navigating back and forth to find the coach you are interested in can be frustrating. Using the freeware program Audacity it would take five minutes to separate out each coach.*
Probably the biggest news out of the teleconference was the revelation by Harvard coach Tim Murphy that an injury to incumbent starting quarterback Collier Winters has clarified that position in Cambridge. Andrew Hatch, who transferred back to Harvard after starting four games at LSU, will be at the controls. A Murphy quote as cited by the Harvard website:Andrew Hatch is a very good QB and probably has as much ability as anyone we’ve had in our program… but we’ve had less time developing him because of his situation. We can be a good offensive team with Hatch in there. The thing you never know is (as a coach), you’ve got to play the game to find out what those intangibles are really like but we like where he is at.Given that the last three Harvard quarterbacks all ended up in NFL camps and one is currently on an NFL roster, that's high praise indeed.

The best news out of the teleconference is that Jordan Culbreath will be starting a tailback for Princeton. Culbreath is one of the best stories in all of college football. Here's one of them.*
Following up on a report that the Harvard endowment has bounced back 11 percent in the last year (Green Alert link) the Yale Daily has a story about what has happened in New Haven. From the story:Until the official figure is released in another few weeks, the only thing analysts can say with some certainty is that Yale will have returns comparable to Harvard’s 11 percent, if not exactly that number, said Richard Anderson, the head of the higher education group at Hammond Associates, an endowment consulting firm.
