A published report says Dartmouth has made an "offer" to Morgan Roberts, a 6-foot-4 North Carolina all-state quarterback from Charlotte Country Day who passed for 1,968 yards and 22 touchdowns last fall. He's also weighing offers from Marshall, Elon and others according to this story.
