That the Crusaders won at home shouldn't have been a huge surprise, but seeing them run out to a 37-0 lead certainly was. And it's not the 37 that was the surprise after Colgate surrendered 31 points to Albany in the first half of last week's 37-34 overtime win. No, the real surprise was the zero.

That Certain Hanover High Graduate ran in her only home cross country meet yesterday and while she finished toward the rear of the pack, she ran without pain and even surpassed her adjusted goals after being unable to run for most of the summer. She's upbeat (then again, that's her baseline) and looking forward to the rest of the season.*
