At Sunday’s football banquet Dartmouth tailback Nick Schwieger was presented with the Bob Blackman Award as the Big Green MVP.
Others honored:
  • Earl Hamilton Freshman Award (top rookie contributor): Wide receiver Kirby Schoenthaler
  • Jack Crouthamel Award (underclassman who contributed the most to the success of the team on offense): Tailback Dominick Pierre
  • Kenneth T. Young Award (the underclassman who made the most significant contribution to the team): Linebacker Bronson Green
  • Doten Award (the sophomore who made a significant contribution to the success of the football team): Defensive back Mike Banaciski
  • Earl Hamilton Varsity Award (the senior football player who has displayed the sincere friendliness and sense of humor plus appreciation of the outdoors): Center Austen Fletcher

  • Gordon P. Bennett Award (the team's outstanding lineman who exemplified a high degree of performance, sportsmanship, and character): Offensive lineman Ryan O’Neill, defensive lineman Eddie Smith
  • Frank Hershey Award (senior football player who possesses a genuine zest for life, has maintained a strong, positive attitude and has displayed a sincere desire to win): Corner Shawn Abuhoff
  • Manners Makyth Man Award (player who best conducted himself to the advantage of Dartmouth and displayed good manners in the sense of William Wykeham's phrase, "Manners Makyth Man): Quarterback Dan Rooney
