A reminder that Dartmouth spring football practice resumes Tuesday afternoon with coverage on BGA Premium Tuesday night.

Baseball and women's lacrosse have been the most successful of Dartmouth's spring programs over the past decade-plus and the two stalwart programs sit atop their respective standings after successful weekends.

The women's lacrosse team won a showdown for the top spot in the Ivy League standings with a 9-7 win over Penn. The Big Green is now 5-0 in the conference with two regular-season conference games remaining against Princeton and Harvard (both 3-2). Standings

The baseball team took three of four games against Brown over the weekend and has opened up a three-game lead in the Red Rolfe Division standings. The baseball team has four games against Yale (2-10 in the league) next weekend in Hanover and home-and-home doubleheaders against Harvard (4-8 league) the following weekend.

The defending-champion women's lacrosse team has won eight Ivy League titles since 1997.

The baseball team is bidding for its eighth Red Rolfe title and third Ivy League championship since 2000.
