They have all three starters back on the defensive line, an all-league linebacker and an all-league safety also returning.
As long as we're looking at non-league opponents, Sacred Heart's 2012 prospectus (link) notes six returning starters on offense including prolific quarterback Tim Little, a backfield that features 230-pound bowling ball Kashaudas Spence, their top wide receiver and three offensive linemen. Defensively the Crusaders list seven starters back.
