Armed And Dangerous

Sean Furey's '04 local paper has a terrific story about the former Big Green quarterback's development from being a self-professed "skinny little punk" to Olympic javelin thrower.
Dartmouth-bound Daniel Gorman set a Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl record with 8-for-8 kicking on PATs and caught two passes for 30 yards as New Hampshire put a 62-24 hurt on Vermont Saturday in a game played at Memorial Field. Gorman, a Hanover graduate, was the top fund-raiser among New Hampshire players in a game that benefits burned and crippled children.
The Stamford Advocate has a story about the homecoming celebration for Sacred Heart football coach Paul Gorham who has had to deal with difficult health challenges over the past few months.
