Harvard H-back Kyle Juszczyk is reportedly draft guru Mel Kiper's No. 1 fullback, and is ranked No. 3 by NFL Draft Scout. Former Dallas Cowboys chief scout Gil Brandt predicts he'll be taken in the fifth or sixth round. (Brandt also discusses 6-foot-6 Holy Cross tight end Alex Schneider and 308-pound Middlebury lineman Ryan Moores, neither of whom he expects to be drafted.)
In addition to Juszczyk, Princeton's Mike Catapano is relatively prominent on NFL radar. NFL Draft Scout has him as No. 28 of 194 defensive ends. In a Jay Greenberg Princeton Football column Catapano's agent projects Catapano – whose numbers at Princeton's pro day compare favorably to the top DE's at the NFL Combine – will go as high as the fifth round. Catapano, linebacker Andrew Starks and running back Akil Sharp all took part in the Princeton pro day. A video with comments from Catapano and stats for all three can be found on the Princeton football page.

Dartmouth baseball dropped its first game of the season yesterday in Florida, falling to 13-4 Slippery Rock by a 7-3 count. The game against the nationally ranked Division II team from Western Pennsylvania was a good opportunity for coach Bob Whalen to give the back end of his pitching staff some work. Wide receiver Bo Patterson was 1-for-4. The 8-1 Big Green faces 9-9 Bradley today at Winter Haven.
