NorthJersey.com writes about all-time Ivy League great Ed Marinaro of Cornell's plans to return to his New Jersey hometown to have his high school number retired next fall.The story also touches on the Kickstarter campaign to turn Marinaro's TV show Blue Mountain State into a movie. The campaign already has raised more than $1 million. Marinaro, best known from his days on Hill Street Blues, played a coach in Blue Mountain State.

The University of New Hampshire has had good success raising money for its stadium project and is now just $1 million away from going ahead with the project. LINK
