You Know What This Means

You know it's game week when the iconic Dartmouth helmet has been striped.

The wise guys have established Dartmouth as an early 16.5-point favorite at Georgetown. Elsewhere they have Harvard as a 23-point pick over URI and Yale by four over Colgate. Princeton is a 5-point underdog against Lafayette, Penn a 6.5-point 'dog against Lehigh and Bryant is seven points better than Brown. Bucknell is favored by 14.5 over Cornell and Fordham by 40 over Columbia.
The new Dartmouth Alumni Magazine has a story about eight Dartmouth alums working at the NFL offices in New York City and one of them is slimmed down former tight end Cole Marcoux '14. The story says he's in his second year as a "member of the Junior Rotational Program, a paid, entry-level position that rotates members through a variety of departments."

Others listed in the story:
Dan August '07 – Head of strategic marketing and planning
Edward Kim '03 – Senior manager of club finance
Lisa Friel '79 – Senior vice president and special counsel, investigations
Dawn Hudson '79 – Chief marketing officer
Alvaro Saralegui '78 – Consultant, fan strategy and marketing
Robert Gulliver TU'97 – Executive vice president of human resources
Joanna Hunter '06 – Director of communications

I'm not sure if you need a log-in or not, but you may be able to access the story HERE.
STAS has started a five-part series about former Bucknell defensive end Robert Naylor, who was injured in the fourth quarter of a game against Lafayette on Nov. 1 of last year. Naylor had spinal surgery two days later, rehabbed at the famous Kessler Institute in New Jersey and started walking in early spring. He's back in school and serving as a student assistant with the football team this fall. The first part of his remarkable story is HERE.

Read the first part of the story and then watch Naylor lead the Bucknell team onto the field  HERE.
