The Ivy League has three of the top-10 longest tenured coaches at one school according to a STATS story on longevity in the FCS coaching ranks.
Longevity reflects particularly well in the Ivy League with Murphy, Estes and Teevens (over two stints at Dartmouth) among the most-tenured FCS coaches. There’s also (Al) Bagnoli, who enters his 26th season as a head coach in the league – just his third at Columbia after coaching Penn for 23 years. Since 1990, one of those four coaches has won the league title in all but four seasons.The Top-10:

And finally, That Certain Dartmouth '14-turned Yellowstone ranger is at Campo, Calif., on the Mexican border as this is being written as she sets off on the adventure of a lifetime, a hike to the Canadian border on the Pacific Crest Trail. Given the more than 2,600-mile length of the trek through desert and towering mountains alike, there are no guarantees that anyone who begins the hike will make it to the end. There are tremendous challenges ahead. But, she's a remarkably fit, accomplished and knowledgable hiker traveling with someone who enjoys those same attributes and has successfully hiked the Appalachian Trail.
