One Day More

Sometimes these posts out of the Dartmouth football office "embed" properly and sometimes they don't. This is supposed to be a look at the Big Black's (oops, Big Green's) uniform selection for tomorrow night. (That's a not-so-subtleclue to what they will be wearing.)

If all you see is a big white box, just ignore it and skip down.

Dartmouth's game notes have been posted HERE.
When STATS picks Top-25 games it places an X in front of the team it has winning. Here is one of the picks STATS made this week (LINK):
X-No. 25 Holy Cross (2-1) at Dartmouth (1-0), 7 p.m. - The Crusaders loved their most recent result against a team from New Hampshire.
Dartmouth tailback Rashaad Cooper gets some good ink in his hometown Tracy (Calif.) Press HERE.
A USA Today Walk-on Wednesday story revolves around the USC kicking corps. The story includes a photo with the caption:
USC holder Wyatt Schmidt, also a walk-on, has held for three historic kicks dating back to last season.
From the story:
Though he also had a handful of preferred walk-on offers — including at Dartmouth, where Schmidt’s brother, Foley, was an all-conference kicker at Dartmouth from 2009-11 — Schmidt wound up in Los Angeles, attracted to the sunshine, football tradition and academic prestige.
Wyatt Schmidt is quoted in the very interesting story about how his career has panned out.
Email has delivered a link to a remembrance of former lineman Ben Watts '84, who passed away earlier this week. (LINK)
Former Columbia punter Cameron Nizialek is off to a terrific start as a graduate transfer at Georgia. From a story on the DawgNation site:
Once it became evident to Nizialek that he not only was a good punter but exceptionally exceptional, which was right around his sophomore year, he planned to graduate from Columbia early and seek a Power 5 school that could display his football talents on a bigger stage.
