Heading Home

Heading back to New England this morning after two weeks of R&R in Colorado. For what it's worth, we are off-the-grid in the tiny house where we are spending the summer, but when we were off-the-grid at 10,000 feet and more we were really off the grid. BGA Daily will resume and prep work for BGA Premium will pick up tomorrow morning.
From a CFL "Rookie Report" earlier this season:
Nothing crazy here from Ryder Stone but he has looked every bit the part after being taken in the middle of the 2018 CFL Draft. Stone is a physical runner who will earn is keep on special teams but a couple of garbage time touches early in the season grabbed my attention. An Alouette whose name is worth knowing moving forward.
In his notes column, the Boston Globe's Dan Shaughnessy writes:
Did anybody know that former Dolphins quarterback Jay Fiedler was a distant relative of legendary Pops conductor Arthur Fiedler?
Um, yup ;-)
