In the news is Macklin Ayers, one of the incoming freshmen and one of the finalists for the distinction of being the top high school senior in Central Pennsylvania in regard to excelling, "as athletes, students, and voices in their communities." I've had several folks touch base about BGA Premium subscriptions for the 2020 coming season. For as helpful as it might be to sign people up right now given the freelance work that I've had canceled as a result of the pandemic, I'm going to hold off until at least the usual July 1 kickoff of the new BGA cycle before opening up subscriptions. Given the uncertain days ahead, this year I may even wait a little longer to guard against a bookkeeping nightmare. Thanks for understanding.

EXTRA POINTThe virtual race fundraiser held by three Hanover sisters raised $26,935 of its updated $20,000 goal in support of the COVID-19 Response Fund launched by the Center for Disaster Philanthropy. (LINK)
Among those participating was That Certain Dartmouth '14 who joked that she probably won the race among those running at least a half-marathon at an altitude of 8,000 feet or more. I think she nailed that one. ;-)
