Going For It

The contract he hoped to sign hasn't come yet, but Jared Gerbino, selected last Sunday as the Bob Blackman Award winner as Dartmouth MVP, is still determined to make it in pro football. From his Twitter account:
A prominent football equipment maker avoids mention of COVID-19 but it's clear the intent of the Schutt Splash Shield, which its promotional material notes, "was developed to attach directly to the faceguard of a football helmet to block droplets from sweat, coughs, and sneezes."
