The only news going public out of the transfer portal is linebacker Macklin Ayers receiving an offer from UTEP.

Green Alert Take: Judging by the offers being fielded by Dartmouth players and others around the Ivy League (Harvard's Thor Griffith just committed to Louisville) the position of need around the country would appear to be defensive line.

EXTRA POINT
The original forecast has called for as much as 8-12 inches of white stuff today. Nothing had fallen when I let Griff the Wonder Dog out this a.m., and while it has since started to snow we're now supposed to get only an inch or so. With apologies to Griff and the skiers out there (and in this family), an inch or two of snow sounds good. Just give me enough to cover the ground and make it look like winter and I'm fine, thank you very much.
