Harvard 45, Princeton 13
Jaden Craig completed 26-of-33 passes for 345 yards with four touchdowns the the Harvard defense recorded five sacks as the Crimson improved to 5-1 overall and 2-1 in the Ivy League ahead of Saturday's game at Dartmouth. Princeton(2-4, 1-2)  had won the last six meetings between the teams.

The game drew 12,244 in Cambridge.

Brown 23, Cornell 21
Trailing 21-3 late in the third quarter, the Bears (3-3, 2-1) reeled off 20 consecutive points, the last a 29-yard field goal by Christoper Maron on the final play of the game to defeat the Big Red (2-4, 1-2). Brown's winning drive covered 75 yards in 16 plays. The game drew 7,327 in Providence.

Jake Willcox threw for 316 yards and overcame three interceptions for Brown, which outrushed Cornell, 214-58. Jamson Wang passed for 265 yards for the Big Red.

Yale 31, Penn 10
Yale quarterback Grant Jordan hit 24-of-30 passes for 289 yards and four touchdowns and David Pantellis caught eight balls for 123 yards and one score as the Bulldogs won easily in front of an announced 7,917 at Franklin Field. The Bulldogs added 208 rushing yards to finish with 497 yards of total offense to Penn's 199. 

 Yale (4-2, 1-2 Ivy League) earned a share of the Ivy title last fall after also getting off to a 1-2 conference start and has to hope it can win out and get some help. Penn is 2-4 and 0-3 in a conference where a three-loss team has never won a share of the title.

Elsewhere in games featuring Dartmouth opponents:

Fordham fell to 0-8 with a 33-19 loss at Lehigh, Merrimack improved to 4-4 with a 51-17 whipping of Colgate and Central Connecticut  dropped to 3-5 with a 24-21 loss at LIU.

EXTRA POINT
If you've been around these parts for a bit you know I'm a big fan of electric vehicles and not a fan of popular music being bastardized in TV commercials. Those two have crossed paths in a Ford commercial that uses John Denver's Take Me Home, Country RoadI to promote its EV charging "Power Promise." I have just one word for that: Ugh.
