Still More Yale

The Yale Daily News writes about the mysterious inquiry into the eligibility of tailback Tyler Varga that saw him sit out the Dartmouth game.

From the New Haven Register's Portal 31 Yale football blog:

The NCAA is expected to make a decision on Tyler Varga and notify Yale on Tuesday. Listed as a freshman, it sounds like Varga’s class will be changed to a sophomore.
While quarterback Jonathan Dibiaso has reconfirmed his commitment to Dartmouth (link), the Big Green continues to recruit QBs. Jack Sherry, a quarterback at South Oldham HS in Kentucky has Dartmouth on Ivy League list along with an offer to walk on a Louisville. link Check out the 6-foot-5, 235-pound QB's junior highlight video here.
A regular blog visitor has shared this very interesting National Collegiate Scouting Association video interview from last summer with former Dartmouth assistant Clint Cosgrove, who speaks extensively about his experience recruiting for the Big Green. There are a lot of hints about getting looked at by Ivy League schools.
