It's Not Easy Being An MVP

Dartmouth's Thayer School used the MVP in a fundraising campaign. This is fun and if you look carefully at the final scene you'll see a couple of plants in the back of the classroom:

Speaking of the MVP, the Washington Post took a lengthy look at the development of Dartmouth's robotic tackling dummy and dug up some interesting background. Find the story HERE.

Green Alert Take: Kudos to the Post. I've been a hanger-on in the MVP's orbit for the past year and learned a lot from the story.

There's some video of the MVP I hadn't seen previously in a collection of clips from the Post HERE.
Kevin Kelly, an assistant under Buddy Teevens at Dartmouth in 1991 and at Tulane from 1992-94 and head coach at Georgetown from 2006-13, is the new head football coach at Wyoming Seminary, a prep school near Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Find a story HERE.

Kelly was most recently defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Ball State under onetime Dartmouth assistant Pete Lembo, who moved on to Maryland.
If you haven't yet, head on over to BGA Premium for a video report with Offensive coordinator/line coach Keith Clark recorded after Saturday's sixth Dartmouth football practice of the spring. The Big Green will be back on the field Tuesday and as usual BGA will be there to bring you the scoop ;-)
